How would it feel to have a professional sounding board to bounce ideas off, give you a fresh perspective, to encourage you when you might be hesitant or wary. Wouldn't it feel empowering to have someone believe in your potential to make your life amazing. To have a totally objective ear who is not influenced by any other factors other than helping you to create a more exciting and fulfilling life. YOUR success is my reward as your Coach. That’s my number one priority!
My style of Coaching is to understand you as an individual and give you the essential support you need. If you need a gentle nudge to take some action, then I give it to you, or I may ask you to be kinder to yourself. I will stretch and challenge you! But mostly it’s a partnership where I provide structure - you’re confiding your goals and dreams and I keep you right on course to making these become a reality for you.
During our sessions, you have a wide opportunity to open your mind, to explore your options & find your own solutions. You can use this time to brain storm ideas. This is your time, totally unhindered by any outside distractions, to totally focus on you!
